Francesco is an investor and entrepreneur, active for over a decade in the field of Alternative Investments, with ventures ranging from real estate to distressed assets, renewable energy and nano-technologies.
Avid art collector (along the more traditional path as well as a newly found passion for digital art / NFTs) and a life-long horse-back rider.

Riccardo is a world-renowned scientist and entrepreneur specialized in numerical modelling of complex system, ranging from material science, financial markets, computational genomics and drug design.
Passionate supporter of high impact projects, he’s co-founder of the Refugees Action HUB center at MIT, educational effort of MIT targeting displaced populations around the world.

Giovanni is the founder and CEO of Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A., an Italian independent merchant bank (listed on the Milan Stock Exchange).
T.I.P. champions the club-deal structure to back successful Italian and European business excellencies, having invested to date a combined amount >€5b with more than 100 family offices participating.
Committee

Luca is the CEO of Lio X, our investment arm that invests in Deeptech ventures globally. Luca brings over a decade of venture investing experience, first at Rocket Internet and then at Xyence (Italy’s largest life science venture fund).

Roberto leads the investments in Cleantech & Energy of the Factory. He is former Chairman and CEO of ENI Next, corporate VC arm of ENI (one of Europe’s largest Energy conglomerates), investing on strategic sectors such as Cleantech, Digital and Industrial technologies.

Leopoldo has over 18 years of experience in Healthcare Investment Banking and is the former Managing Director and Head of the Healthcare division for JP Morgan Chase and Credit Suisse. Since 2013 Mr. Zambeletti has been an independent strategic advisor to life-science companies on M&A, out-licensing deals and financing strategy.

Paolo currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Immobiliare.it, Italy’s #1 network of real estate property portal.
Prior to this role, Paolo was Chief Commercial Officer at Ebury, a global FinTech specialising in international payments, acquired in 2000 by Banco Santander.
Paolo started his career at McKinsey & Company, where he left as an Engagement Manager.

Dimitrios is founder and CEO of Intelas, a data-driven real estate platform.
Prior to this Dimitrios was Managing Director and Global Head of Asset Management (overseeing the company’s $3.0B RE portfolio) at Cadre, a US-based digital marketplace for commercial real estate investing.
Dimitrios holds a long-standing experience in the real-estate field, with positions at AEW, The Blackstone Group and Dune Real Estate.

Philipp is the co-founder and CEO of SellerX, Europe’s unicorn in Amazon FBA e-commerce aggregator businesses.
Philipp started his career in the financial industry, holding positions at Goldman Sachs (European Special Situations Group) and APAX Partners. Philipp is on the Board of Lio Factory Luxembourg.

Aadil currently works in Product for OpenSea, the largest NFT marketplace in the world. He is also an advisor at Solana, leading blockchain protocol.
Aadil is a passionate early-stage VC investor, having backed >100 companies in 10 years, half of which in Africa. He worked at Index Ventures and is currently a scout for Sequoia Capital and Village Global.
His core expertise sector wise lays in Fintech, Crypto and Emerging Markets.

Tobias is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, as well as a leader in the Life Sciences Practice of the firm. His work focuses on the interface between research and development and commercial, where he typically supports clients on strategic, digital, and organizational issues.
